After obtaining an MS in Bioinformatics from Georgetown University, Nan joined Dr. Chakravarti’s lab as a Research Assistant. Her responsibilities include the management of the next generation sequencing data and the development of an analysis pipeline. She is interested in using genomic data to understand the biological mechanism of disease.​
